I am a retired teacher, counselor and administrator from the Hamburg School System.  I have lived in Hamburg for 45 years and have always been active in the community. 

     I have been married to my wife Margaret for 48 years and we have three children; two girls who live in Hamburg and a son who lives in Chicago. We have four wonderful grand children who play a big part in our lives.

     I was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease about two and a half years ago at which time I started on peritoneal dialysis. 

     Obviously this is not how I planned to live out my retirement years.  I enjoy golf and am a former member of the Lions, the Knights of Columbus and the Elks.
