Charles is my husband of 27 years and also my best friend.  We met in 1981 and married in 1982.

     He was a Bethleham Steel employee for 18 years – until they closed, he then worked at Roblin Steel for a short time and was laid off.   He then worked for American Limousine where we both got to meet many people.  He was also a security guard for RJD, Pinkerton and Buffalo Protective Services.

      Before his security jobs he sold cars at Al Marone and went from dealer to dealer (DeLong Ford, Strong Oldsmobile and others)

      In June of 2004, Chuck had to undergo 5 coronary bypasses – which broke my heart.  By November of 2004 his kidneys shut down and he has been on dialysis 3 times a week 4 hours each time.

      He can no longer work and misses it very much. 

      A kidney transplant could save him.
