 I am Tom Surdel I have been a tool distributor in Lockport for 30 years and live with my wife Nancy and have two children.

I was diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease a few years ago and am currently at 13% kidney function. The disease runs in our family so there are no availiable donors.

I am facing dialysis in the near future, my blood type is AB+.
